In 1981 Simon Pearce moved his glass-blowing business from Kilkenny, Ireland, to Quechee, Vermont. Throughout 33 years of operation, Simon Pearce has remained a 100% American owned and operated company, creating hundreds of jobs in their Vermont and Maryland manufacturing facilities and corporate stores.

The Simon Pearce Mill welcomes thousands of tourists annually looking to catch a glimpse of the talented glass blowers at work. The Mill is located on the Ottauquechee River in Quechee, Vermont. The river provides hydroelectric power for the entire facility – and you get to see it in action when you stop. Enjoy watching and chatting with the glass blowers, then enjoy fine dining at the popular Simon Pearce restaurant overlooking the river. Delicious meals made with fresh ingredients from local farms, breweries, and creameries.
