Effective April 1, 2015

Without a receipt, customer must be a Gold Crown Card holder to receive full credit paid
AND we must be able to verify purchase on your Gold Crown Card.

Coupons, discount offers, and promotions may not be combined with other offers.

Excluded from any discount programs, coupons, special offers are the following:
Pandora, Brighton,  Alex and Ani, Cape cod Jewelry, Convertibles, Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments, Artisan Hand-crafted Gifts, Gift Certificates, Custom or Special  Orders.
Full refund with a receipt within 90 days of purchase per original payment method. Ten business day hold
for checks. 15 business day hold for checks during holiday period. Any cash refunds over the amount of $500
will be issued in the form of a check to be mailed within 3 business days.
After 90 days, store credit will be issued for merchandise returned with a receipt.

No refunds, no returns for items returned broken or damaged. Items must be in salable condition.
Merchandise credit for lowest sale price without receipt.

Items marked 50% off or more are FINAL SALE.  Final Sale items may not be returned.

Store credit only within 30 days of purchase for all Online Daily and Exclusive offers.

Dated Ornaments:
With a receipt, full credit (current year ornaments only) until December 31.
Without a receipt, merchandise credit at the lowest sale price (current year ornaments only).

Fee for returned check $24.

BALDORIA POLICIES

All returns must be within 30 days for full credit.  Product must be in salable condition, have original tags
attached and be accompanied by a sales or gift receipt.
