Blueberry Pancakes and Waffles recipe from Stonewall Kitchen
Nothing says good morning like light, fluffy blueberry pancakes or waffles just like mom used to make. Stonewall Kitchen makes it easy without sacrificing quality or taste. Stonewall uses fresh ingredients including real wild Maine blueberries. Your family will LOVE their delicious breakfast with their easy to make recipes. (Nobody needs to know that it took you less than 10 minutes!)
Blueberry Pancakes:
1 large egg
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 cup Blueberry Pancake and Waffle Mix (available at your local Annie’s Hallmark)
Whisk together egg, melted butter and milk in medium-sized bowl. Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth. For thinner batter add more milk, 1 Tbsp. at a time. Spray surface of griddle with nonstick cooking spray, heat to 375° F. Pour on batter and cook until top is full of bubbles. Flip and cook second side for 2-3 minutes. (Makes approximately 5-6 plate-size pancakes.)
Blueberry Waffles
1 large egg
½ cup + 2 Tbsp. water
1 cup Blueberry Pancake and Waffle Mix
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Beat egg and water together. Add dry mix and blend well. Stir in melted butter and mix thoroughly. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. Makes about 3-4 waffles, depending on size of waffle maker.)
