Customer Stories – Our Pandora associate Ellen brings us another Pandora Moment.  This one hits home.  A grandmother came in recently to purchase a charm for her daughter, who had a child whom she recently lost to cancer at the young age of nineteen.  The grandmother wanted something special for her daughter to signify both her daughter’s journey over the years, and the memory of her young child.  After looking at all the charms she chose the Heartbeat Spacer.  She said that when her daughter retold the story of her experience and loss, she would always conclude, “If I had to do it again, I would do it in a heartbeat.”
